Our practice serves PPO and Colorado Medicaid patients and is built around one objective: making dentistry the easiest healthcare experience a patient will ever have. Many of our patients have avoided care for 2–10 years and require a clinician who can deliver gentle treatment, build trust quickly, and clearly communicate the value of care. Schedule & Role Structure Two 12-hour clinical days (24 hours/week) Fridays (consistent) Second day alternates Wednesday or Saturday Opportunity to expand to additional days within 6–12 months This role is ideal for a driven clinician seeking 1.5–2 days of high-production clinical care. Compensation & Benefits $55–$75 per hour (based on production performance) Scrub allowance Benefits available if role expands to full-time status Strong earning potential through adjunctive services and same-day care Production & Performance Expectations Minimum production: $200/hour SRP diagnostic rate target: 40–50% when clinically indicated Same-day treatment acceptance: team average 75–85% Hygiene column: 15–20 patients during a 12-hour day Prophy: 30–45 minutes 2-quad SRP: 60 minutes Success at 90 days includes strong patient trust, efficient clinical flow, accurate co-diagnosis, and consistent productivity. Clinical Environment & Technology Digital scanners CBCT imaging Assisted hygiene when running dual columns (expected) Solo column when single hygiene schedule is active Adjunctive services allocated to hygienist: Fluoride varnish Silver diamine fluoride (SDF) Sealants Whitening Curodont Chlorhexidine irrigation (as prescribed) Laser integration is planned; laser certification is preferred but not required.
