Duties: - THIS POSITION IS FOR MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY - (SATURDAY OPTIONAL) - Complete all tasks allowed to an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. - Fabrication of provisional crown. - Assist the dentist during dental procedures including but not limited to: Crown and Bridge, Dental Extractions, Endodontics, Implants and removable prosthetics. - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations. - Take digital dental x-rays. - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. - Help to keep clean common areas of work. - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care. - Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history. - Introduce information in dental software. - Take impression with different materials. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
