What You'll Do: As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in our practice by: â Assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures. â Preparing patients for treatment and ensuring their comfort. â Taking and processing dental radiographs (X-rays). â Sterilizing and maintaining instruments and equipment. â Taking impressions and fabricating temporary crowns. â Providing patients with oral hygiene instructions. â Maintaining accurate patient records. â Managing inventory and ordering supplies. â Ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control procedures. â Performing expanded duties. What We're Looking For: â Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. â Certification: CDA, EFDA â Radiography Certification â Skills: â Proficiency in dental assisting procedures and techniques. â Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. â Strong organizational and time-management skills. â Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. â Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and equipment. â Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft) is a plus. â Knowledge of OSHA regulations and infection control protocols. â Qualities: â A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. â A team player with a friendly and outgoing personality. â Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented. â Compassionate and caring with patients.
