Associate General Dentist â Part-Time Opening (Dallas, TX) Job Summary We are seeking a talented, driven Associate General Dentist to join our growing team in Dallas. We are currently hiring: One Part-Time Associate General Dentist for Waverly Dental â Dallas (working Monday and Tuesday ) Ideal candidates must possess a wide range of clinical skill sets , demonstrate excellent patient communication , and have the ability to serve as a strong team lead within the practice . We are looking for clinicians who are confident in comprehensive treatment planning, committed to delivering high-quality care, and capable of guiding and supporting both clinical and administrative team members. About Our Practice Established DSO-supported private group practice with a proven track record of success (since 2019) 8 operatories (4 doctor chairs, 3 hygiene chairs) Flexible scheduling (2 days per week) Patient base: ~90% PPO, 10% FFS 80â100 new patients per month Technology: Pan Ceph, Trios (soon to be upgraded to iTero), Digital X-Rays, Dentrix Ascend Practice Management System Duties & Responsibilities Perform a full range of dental procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and restorative work Conduct routine and periodontal evaluations Diagnose and treat oral diseases with a patient-focused approach Provide patient education on oral hygiene and treatment options Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with standards of care Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and fellow providers to ensure efficient, quality patient care Adhere to aseptic and infection control protocols for a safe environment Preferred Qualifications 3â4 years of clinical experience required (5+ years strongly preferred) Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry and patient education Additional focus in endodontics, oral surgery, or periodontics preferred Invisalign experience highly desirable GPR or AEGD completion a plus Team-oriented with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues Compensation & Benefits Competitive daily guarantee plus % of production Supportive team environment and opportunities for clinical growth If you are passionate about dentistry, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and looking for a practice where you can plant your roots, we would love to hear from you.
