We are looking for a full-time Patient Relations Coordinator (PRC) who knows how to keep a busy dental office running smoothly while making patients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and confident from check-in to check-out. As our PRC, you are the first impression, the steady hand during a busy day, and the person who helps patients leave with clarity, confidence, and their next visit scheduled. You are the hub of the office and a huge part of what makes the practice successful. What You’ll Do You will help create an excellent patient experience while keeping the front office organized and on track. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Answering patient calls throughout the day Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out Verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments Reviewing and documenting patient financial and insurance responsibility with 100% accuracy Collecting payments for services performed Managing the daily patient schedule Reaching out to patients due for treatment or hygiene visits Using scheduling tools to fill cancellations and past-due appointments · Following up on outstanding and past insurance claims as needed · Posting insurance payments and EOBs accurately Collecting past-due balances Supporting the team during morning huddles and throughout the day What We’re Looking For This role is for someone who can juggle details, communicate clearly, and keep calm when the day gets busy. Qualifications: Strong computer skills and confidence learning systems quickly Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, service-focused attitude Team player who works well with others 2+ years of experience in a direct customer-facing role Dental office experience preferred Experience with insurance verification, posting insurance and EOBs required Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus Benefits We take care of our team, too.
