Key Responsibilities As a Sterilization Tech: Sterilize and maintain dental instruments & equipment Set up and clean operatories efficiently Stock rooms and maintain supply inventory Assist clinical team members as needed Follow strict infection control protocols As a Dental Assistant (Entry level - With EFDA or Once Certified): Assist the dentist during procedures Take and develop dental x-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene & post-op care Take vital signs & patient history Maintain accurate patient records Contribute to coding/billing for dental services What We Offer Dental coverage for employee & immediate family Health insurance (50% paid by employer) 2 weeks paid vacation 1 week paid sick leave (including care for ill children) 11 paid holidays 401(k) with match (4% employer match) Support for EFDA certification (for the right candidate) Career growth opportunities within the practice Ready to Apply?
