Your responsibilities will include: Conducting age-appropriate oral health assessments Performing cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants Taking digital X-rays Educating children and parents on proper brushing and preventive care Identifying early signs of caries and gum disease Supporting the doctor with treatment planning Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Ensuring children feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged during visits What We’re Looking For Active Florida Dental Hygiene license Degree in Dental Hygiene Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred (but not required) A warm, upbeat, child-friendly personality Strong communication skills with both children and parents Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control standards A team player who brings positive energy to the office If you’re ready to make a difference in children’s lives while enjoying great hours, strong benefits, and a supportive team culture — apply today!
