Full-Time General Dentist Location: Venice, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Practice Overview: This is a well-established general dentistry practice that has been serving the local community for over 20 years. The practice continues to experience steady growth and maintains a strong, loyal patient base while welcoming a consistent flow of new patients. Practice Highlights: High-volume PPO practice averaging 40+ new patients per month. Established patient base with approximately 65% of patients over age 60 , alongside a growing younger demographic. Current provider mix includes a part-time General Dentist and a part-time Endodontist (1 day/week). Supported by two Hygienists. Fully digital environment utilizing Open Dental PMS , three TRIOS scanners , CBCT, and CEREC milling capability. Planned transition to Denticon in 2026. Position Summary: The General Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is well-suited for a clinician who is efficient, clinically confident, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general dentistry care to a diverse patient population. Perform a broad range of procedures, including simple and surgical extractions. Maintain high clinical standards while managing a busy daily schedule. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members. Educate patients and present treatment plans clearly and effectively. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (DSO experience preferred). Strong proficiency in general dentistry, including extractions. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment. Patient-focused, team-oriented, and dependable. Experience in a fully digital dental practice preferred. Compensation & Benefits: 90-day daily guarantee , followed by a tiered percentage of net collections. Starting at 31% , increasing up to 33%. Lab fees covered when using preferred vendors. 100% responsibility when using non-preferred vendors. $2,000 annual CE allowance. Relocation assistance available.
