Traveling Dental Assistant - Mobile Dental Services of Alabama - Tulsa, OK

We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who will be willing to travel. This is a traveling position for the state of Oklahoma. Pay will start at $55,000. We provide dental care to skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet our Nursing home patients with kindness Transport dental equipment supplied by company to each nursing facility Assist and aide the dentist during dental procedures Take and develop x-rays Assist and provide aid by working alongside the dentist Assist with dental lab tasks such as pouring molds or trimming impressions Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment per state guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform dental charting/notes and record patient information 4 travel days with 1 Admin Day will be required Company issued equipment, supplies, cell phone and laptop Mileage paid at federal rate if driving personal vehicle Overnight stays will sometimes be required and paid for by company After 90 days $500 given for health insurance reimbursement with proof of insurance purchased given to HR monthly Work Location: On the Road in the state of Oklahoma - areas of Tulsa, OK and surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance License reimbursement Mileage reimbursement On-the-job training Paid time off Application Question(s): Will agree to a background check and drug test upon hire Experience: Dental assisting: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Tulsa, OK 74108 (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
