About Rooted Dentistry We are a modern, fully digital, comprehensive private practice performing the majority of dentistry under one roof, including: Crown & bridge / restorative dentistry Same-day crowns Invisalign (Platinum Provider) Implants & guided surgery PRF Endodontics Esthetic dentistry CBCT 4 digital scanners, including 2 iTeros We are growth-minded, systems-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence and team culture. The Role- 3–4 Days/Week: Clinical Excellence Assist in comprehensive general, restorative, and surgical dentistry Support digital workflows and scanning Model elite chairside communication Maintain high efficiency and organization ½–1 Day/Week: Leadership & Development Hold structured check-in meetings with assistants Execute 30/60/90-day onboarding pathways Train and mentor new and developing team members Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions Create clarity around expectations and standards Participate in weekly leadership meetings Directly report to the Operations Manager You are the bridge between the assistant team and leadership — ensuring standards are upheld and systems continue to improve. Who Thrives Here 3+ years of assisting experience (lead experience preferred) Comfortable with advanced technology and digital workflows Direct communicator who is approachable and steady Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Growth-minded and emotionally intelligent Comfortable giving feedback and enforcing standards This role is for someone who wants to grow into higher levels of leadership — not someone looking to coast.
