What We’re Looking For: Dental/Orthodontic Assistant Preferred A passion for serving others and building relationships Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and attention to detail Organized, proactive, and team-oriented Your Role Will Include: Creating a welcoming, uplifting experience for patients and families Assisting the doctor during a variety of orthodontic procedures Preparing patients and treatment rooms Maintaining a clean and sterile environment Educating and encouraging patients throughout their treatment Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records Location & Schedule: Average of 30 - 32 hours/week Offices located in Richland (2–3 days/week) and Pasco (1 day/week) No weekends!
