Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Puyallup, WA
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team! No prior orthodontic experience? No problem - we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. In this role, you will assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures, help ensure patients feel comfortable and informed, and support daily clinical operations in a fast-paced environment. Note: must be willing to travel to federal way and Bellevue Key Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Maintain accurate patient records Ensure patient comfort and deliver excellent chairside care Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Communicate clearly with patients and team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Dental Assistant certification preferred (not required) Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn Willingness and ability to travel to the Bellevue office when required Benefits In-House Dental Benefits Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Sick Time Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Opportunities for Advancement Pay: $22-$26/hour (based on experiences)
