What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in both the clinical and patient experience side of our practice: Assist chairside during procedures (crowns, fillings, oral surgery, and more) Take impressions (traditional and digital scans) and pour models Sterilize and maintain instruments to keep everything running safely and smoothly Take radiographs and update patient charts accurately Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care (because great dentistry doesn’t stop at the chair) Jump in to support the front desk with phones and scheduling when needed What We’re Looking For A team player who brings positive energy to the room Someone who thrives in a caring, patient-centered environment Strong attention to detail and organization A natural communicator who makes patients feel at ease A willingness to learn, grow, and support the team wherever needed Why Serene Dental?
