Job description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week). Our practice is committed to providing high-quality orthodontic care in a friendly, patient-focused environment. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient communication and clinical assisting. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding patients through the treatment process while also supporting the doctor chairside as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic or dental experience (treatment coordinating and/or assisting preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments Willingness to be cross-trained and support both front and clinical teams Responsibilities: Present treatment plans and review financial arrangements Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payment options Follow up with pending treatment cases Assist the doctor chairside during procedures Take records (photos, scans, impressions, x-rays as certified) Maintain sterilization and clinical organization Support overall patient flow and experience Compensation: Pay is based on experience.
