Job Overview We are seeking a focused, reliable, surgical-level assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in precision, preparedness, and professionalism. This role requires clinical excellence, strong chairside surgical skills, flexibility, and the ability to represent themselves with confidence and professionalism in multiple office environments. This is not a traditional single-location assistant role. You will work in various dental practices across the Chicagoland area and must be comfortable adjusting quickly to different systems, teams, and operatory setups. If you are looking for a slow-paced, single-office assisting job, this is not it. Duties Assisting with implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, and IV sedation Maintaining strict sterile protocol without reminders Anticipating provider needs during surgical procedures Efficient setup and breakdown in unfamiliar operatories Loading, transporting, and organizing mobile surgical equipment Representing MB4 Advanced Dentistry professionally in multiple offices Driving throughout the Chicagoland area daily We’re Looking For: Surgical experience preferred Comfortable assisting and advanced procedures such as root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, implants Highly organized and proactive Professional and composed under pressure Willing to travel throughout the Chicagoland area Reliable transportation required Professional demeanor and strong communication skills This Role Is a Great Fit If: You take initiative without being asked You prepare before being told You want exposure to advanced surgical procedures You value efficiency and high standards You want to grow your clinical skillset beyond general dentistry This Is NOT the Right Fit If: You need constant direction You are frequently late You struggle with organization You dislike change or new environments You prefer routine over challenge Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + bonus pay based on performance Flexible scheduling Performance growth opportunities We are building a small, high-level surgical team.
