What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting Team-oriented and proactive Organized and detail-focused Intrinsically motivated to learn and grow Strong communication skills Preferred dental office experience Bilingual skills are a plus We’d be happy to help you grow your technical skills if you have the right mindset, attitude, and an eagerness to learn! About the Role Duties include (but are not limited to): Assist hygienists chairside Prepare and break down rooms efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support patient comfort and positive experiences Communicate effectively with team members Sterilizing instruments Taking radiographs Explaining treatment plans to parents Entering treatment notes and charting in the computer Taking inventory of supplies General office housekeeping as needed Why Join Us?
