Job Overview We are private general dental office with one doctor. As our RDA, you’ll play a key role in supporting our dentist chairside, ensuring excellent patient care, and helping our office run smoothly and efficiently. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and genuine care for our patients. Duties Chairside assisting with general dental and implant procedures. Sterilization Dental X-rays Manage patient flow Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the clinic. Inventory management Assist hygienists with charting when available Skills Proficient in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatrics. Experience with Dentrix is preferred. Familiarity with 3D scanners and other advanced dental technology is a plus. Ability to perform chairside assisting effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients of all ages.
