Position Overview We are seeking a part time Dental Hygienist to work Thursdays and some Fridays and Saturdays, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position across our Peninsula offices for the right candidate. Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care according to clinical standards Deliver an exceptional patient experience through a friendly, compassionate, and non judgmental approach Educate patients on oral health and its connection to overall health Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Administer local anesthesia as permitted by license Complete periodontal charting and clinical documentation Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team regarding patient needs and treatment Prepare, maintain, and properly sterilize instruments and hygiene operatories Maintain efficient patient flow and communicate schedule changes or delays with the team Qualifications Active California Dental Hygiene license Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication skills and a team oriented attitude Comfortable with modern technology and digital systems Benefits (for eligible full-time employees) Medical and dental benefits Paid holidays and paid time off Invisalign benefit Gym or wellness app membership Supportive, positive team environment with growth opportunities 401K conrtibutions Vaksman Dental Group is an equal opportunity employer.
