About the Role: We’re looking for a General Dentist with strong endodontic experience to join our high-volume practice on Thursdays or Fridays , with the opportunity to expand days as we grow. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident and efficient with root canal treatments and comfortable practicing in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The majority of our patient population is Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal , so experience treating Medicaid patients is essential. You’ll: Diagnose and perform root canal treatments (anterior, premolar, and molar cases) Deliver a calm, confident, and reassuring experience for pediatric and teen patients Partner with a strong clinical support team to ensure efficient, high-quality care Help reduce specialty referrals by providing skilled in-house endodontic treatment Contribute to a culture of kindness, accountability, and excellence About You: DDS or DMD degree Licensed to practice dentistry in California Active Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal credentialing (required) Valid malpractice insurance 2+ years of experience performing root canal treatments independently Comfortable treating high-volume Medicaid patient populations Confident with molar endodontics Efficient, organized, and team-oriented Leadership style that’s calm, communicative, and collaborative (Bonus!)
