Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Welcome patients to the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials Regulatory sterilization technique Assist the Hygienist to maintain excellent appointment flow and patient experience Undertake lab and back office tasks, as instructed Provide oral hygiene instructions Keep the office clean and well-stocked Schedule appointments as needed Maintain accurate patient records Skill set should include: Dental Assistant certification Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Radiology certification Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma, DA diploma or reference Additional certification or training is an asset High standard of personal cleanliness Schedule : Tues & Wed 8am-5pm, Fridays(2x per month) 8am-2pm What We Offer: Competitive Compensation Employee Discount Uniform Allowance If you believe you would be a great fit for this position, we would love to hear from you!
