This is not just a scheduling role. This is a high production-driving, patient-experience leadership position. Duties Lead Orthodontic consultations and present treatment plans with clarity and confidence Explain clinical recommendations in patient-friendly language Review insurance benefits and orthodontic financing options Drive case acceptance and achieve monthly production goals Coordinate payment arrangements and third-party financing Track KPI's related to conversion rate, starts, production and collections Follow up on pending treatment cases Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming patient experience Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care Skills 1+ years experience in orthodontic or dental treatment coordination Strong understanding of orthodontic case presentation & insurance benefits High emotional intelligence and sales confidence Comfortable discussing financial arrangements KPI-driven mindset Experience with practice management software like Eaglesoft If you are organized, warm, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced orthodontic environment - we'd love to meet you.
