Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Darien, IL
Overview We are a growing, privately owned dental practice focused on high-quality patient care and efficient, team-based dentistry. Our office is in an exciting transition and expansion phase, and we are looking for a motivated dental assistant who wants to grow with us long-term. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic Dental Assistant to support our doctors and clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and values teamwork. We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude Responsibilities Chair side assisting for restorative, crown, endo, and general dentistry Room setup and breakdown Instrument sterilization and infection control Assisting with impressions, temporaries, and digital X-rays Patient preparation and comfort Maintaining organized operatories and supply areas Supporting efficient patient flow and scheduling Qualifications At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of sterilization and OSHA/HIPAA protocols Comfortable assisting multiple procedures Strong work ethic and punctuality Positive attitude and team-first mindset Eaglesoft experience a plus (not required) This position is best for someone who: Likes staying busy Takes pride in being efficient Wants stability and long-term growth Enjoys helping build something great Please submit your resume and a brief message about your experience and availability.
