*Job Overview* Working Period: 4/1-10/15/2026 Working hour Wed and Fri 8:30-5pm We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support while our current assistant will go to maternity leave soon. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare services to patients. *Responsibilities* - Assist dentists during procedures in various specialties such as implant dentistry and endodontics - Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment - Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and dental systems to support clinical operations - Handle patient medical documentation accurately and efficiently - Operate dental equipment including 3D scanners with proficiency - Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend for patient scheduling and record-keeping - Assist with Dental coding for insurance claims processing *Skills* - Experience working in a dental clinic setting - Proficient in infection control practices - Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and endodontics procedures - Understanding of medical terminology and dental coding - Ability to operate dental equipment including 3D scanners and ITero scan - Familiarity with Dentrix software for patient management Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Ability to Commute: Voorhees, NJ 08043 (Required) Work Location: In person
