A typical day can look like the following for you; Typically you will arrive at 7:20 to prepare for the day There are daily checklists to make sure you’re set up prior to your first patient and a treatment needs assessment for all schedule patients is completed. Our huddle starts at 7:40 where we focus on celebrating our successes, measuring our effectiveness at delivering excellent dental care and identifying roadblocks and opportunities for same day dentistry. You will see patients between 8am-5pm Monday -Thursday in our current business plan. I believe in providing an environment with functioning equipment, access to quality instruments, and a supporting team sharing the workload together. Preventive gingivitis treatments on 3 or 6 month recall patients are schedule for one hour. New patients are scheduled for 90 minutes You are considered a central part of the case acceptance process and establishing patient trust is a key to success. Discussing treatment, establishing urgency and education of what actually occurs during treatment will be expected. Connecting personally with patients, establishing a rapport and delivering comfortable services your mode of operation. We are a driven to providing preventive services to patients as an elective treatment choice. Sealants are an effective cavity reducing treatment and the make sense for both children and adults. You will be measuring your success by monitoring KPIs but I genuinely believe that knowing the numbers is simply a measure of our more important Goal. I don’t focus on the numbers as the motivator to provide treatment. They are a way to measure how effective we were to provide treatments that will improve their health. It is not our goal . Compensation is fair and motivating. Using a base daily target matching your hourly rate, you have an unlimited opportunity to provide more treatment and therefore fairly earn a 10% incentive for all production above the base.
