Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help facilitate efficient office operations, uphold patient satisfaction, and support the delivery of exceptional dental care. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Schedule appointments accurately using Open Dental software Input all patient and insurance information into Open Dental Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility Collect payments and perform dental billing and collection activities Submit claims timely and accurately for payment from insurance companies Experience Prior experience working in a dental office with strong knowledge of all front desk operations Familiarity with health information management standards including HIPAA regulations and documentation review procedures Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone etiquette and patient service skills Experience handling insurance verification, and billing procedures in a dental setting Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking, organization, and attention to detail This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a caring dental team dedicated to improving patient health.
