Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant dental team. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality dental services across general dentistry and specialized fields such as pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain aseptic techniques in accordance with infection control standards Take and develop dental X-rays, including digital imaging and 3D scans, ensuring accurate medical documentation and records management Manage patient vital signs, medical history updates, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Operate Eaglesoft for accurate documentation of medical and dental records Assist with medical coding related to dental procedures and ensure proper documentation for billing purposes Maintain knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures and assist with medical imaging as needed Uphold high standards of infection control, sterilization, and aseptic technique throughout all clinical activities Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with familiarity in general dentistry procedures Knowledge of Eaglesoft Experience with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or endodontics is a plus Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely while adhering to radiation safety protocols Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices Prior experience assisting with medical documentation, medical records management, and medical coding preferred Familiarity with medical imaging devices including 3D scanners is advantageous Excellent communication skills as a dental assistant and receptionist combined are essential for success in this role Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care!
