Office Hours Monday: 11 AM – 7 PM Tuesday: 11 AM – 7 PM Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 11 AM – 7 PM Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM Sunday: Closed Candidate must be available during these hours, including Fridays and Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Verify dental insurance benefits and ensure patients understand their coverage. Submit and track insurance claims, resolving any issues that arise. Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing the office schedule for efficiency. Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in, payment collection, and billing inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records, including posting insurance payments and managing account balances. Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and help with any administrative needs. Ensure the front office runs smoothly, staying organized and maintaining a professional atmosphere. Treatment Presentation What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 3 year of experience in a dental office or similar role. Skills: Familiarity with dental insurance verification and claims. Experience with dental software (Oryx) is a plus. Personality: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
