Description: As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll ensure a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling payments, verifying insurance, treatment coordinating and responding to patient inquiries. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in dental management software are required. Please note: This is a brief overview of the role.
