Dental Front Office Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator - Dental Team - North Reading, MA

We're a one location busy practice looking for the perfect person to join our team! Seeking someone skilled in dental insurance billing and patient billing, as well as treatment plan presentations. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrive well in an active workplace, and desire to be better each day. Attention to detail, a caring attitude, and a person eager to continue to broaden their skills are the most important attributes we're looking for. Salary commensurate with experience, prefer 1 year of dental specific experience minimum. Must be proficient with digital technology. Hours are Tues/Thurs 10-6, Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30-2:30 Applicants must have experience with answering phone calls, managing schedules for doctors and hygienists, understanding dental codes, obtaining pre-estimates, understanding EOBs to answer patient billing questions, understanding when to give consent forms, and treatment plan presentations for patients. Applicants must also be comfortable discussing cost of treatment with patients and collecting payments, and be comfortable answering basic questions about dental procedures.
