What We’re Looking For 3+ years of dental front office experience (lead or senior level preferred) Strong understanding of dental operations and workflow Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable Confident in scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections Experience presenting treatment and discussing financial arrangements Comfortable managing KPIs and helping drive production goals Professional, polished presence Interest in holistic/biological dentistry is highly valued This Role Is For Someone Who: Naturally takes ownership and leads by example Brings calm, organized energy to the practice Can elevate systems and improve efficiency Communicates clearly and compassionately Understands that patient experience begins at the front desk You will work closely with Dr. Rajinia to ensure the front office runs seamlessly and supports the clinical team at the highest level.
