As a key member of our practice, you’ll support our dentists and play a vital role in enhancing the overall patient experience. Your contributions will be essential to the smooth operation of our office, fostering both patient satisfaction and the growth of our practice. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office and treatment areas. Collaborate with dentists to review and prepare for patient treatments. Greet and seat patients, take blood pressure, review medical histories, and provide essential information. Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process. Take accurate x-rays in a timely manner. Sterilize treatment areas and instruments according to office protocols. Prepare trays, materials, and lab cases for the next day’s appointments. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and office health and safety guidelines. Qualifications: Texas RDA license (required) CPR certification (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, flexible, and able to work well under pressure Detail-oriented and well-organized Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency Proficient computer skills Ability to understand and communicate dental terminology A passion for providing exceptional customer service to both patients and colleagues Why Smiley Dental?
