We do root canals, extractions, implants, Invisalign, fillings/crowns/veneers and full mouth reconstruction. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to assist the dentist effectively during treatments. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, employing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterilized and ready for use. Take patient medical histories and update medical records accurately. Utilize 3D scanning technology for imaging and assist in the creation of prosthodontics. Provide support in general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, and cleanings. Engage with pediatric patients to ensure a comfortable experience during their visits. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain an organized work environment, including managing supplies and inventory. Experience The ideal candidate should possess: Proven experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and dental systems is essential. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
