Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Panther Creek Dental Panther Creek Dental is searching for a RDA who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient care, and leadership. Your Impact As our RDA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the doctor, mentoring the clinical team, and ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for. You Will: Provide exceptional chairside assisting with precision, efficiency, and a calm, confident presence Support complex procedures including implants, surgical dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and restorative care Anticipate the doctor’s needs and ensure smooth, productive patient flow Build meaningful connections with patients—educating, reassuring, and guiding them through their treatment journey Lead by example while helping train, support, and elevate other assistants Maintain strict sterilization protocols and uphold the highest clinical standards Ensure clinical rooms are stocked, organized, and fully prepared for productive days Understand and contribute to productive scheduling using block scheduling principles What You Bring Texas RDA License 2+ years of assisting experience Comfort with implants, surgical procedures, digital imaging, and modern dental tech Strong communication skills and an empathetic, patient-first mindset Ability to multitask in a busy, high-energy environment Leadership qualities with a desire to mentor and support others Detail-driven, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence every day Schedule Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM One Saturday/month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no lunch) Compensation & Benefits $19–$25/hour DOE Paid Time Off Dental Benefits Paid Holidays Monthly Bonuses Ready to Lead With Purpose?
