Position Overview : We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about educating patients on oral health while delivering exceptional clinical care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing) Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Apply preventive materials including sealants and fluoride treatments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Assist the dentist with exams and treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Provide a positive and reassuring experience for patients Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) preferred Commitment to continuing education and professional growth What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid time off Continuing education support Retirement plan options Supportive and team-oriented work environment Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM If you are a motivated dental hygienist who values patient care and teamwork, we would love to hear from you!
