Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Front Desk Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing administrative and clinical coordination. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and effective communication between patients and the dental team. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a positive patient experience and support the overall success of our practice. Duties Greet patients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and schedule appointments using dental practice management software such as Open Dental. Must have a minimum of two or more years of dental experience Assist patients with intake forms, explain treatment plans, and coordinate care plans effectively Facilitate communication between patients and providers regarding treatment options, scheduling follow-ups, and clarifying procedures using dental terminology. Strong knowledge of dental terminology Proficiency in health information management practices with an understanding of HIPAA compliance. Excellent customer service skills with phone etiquette expertise; ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
