About the Role – Experienced Dental Assistant This is more than a standard assisting position. We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills, comfortable taking initiative, and willing to help train and support other assistants. We need someone who: Shows up consistently and on time—reliability is non-negotiable Can confidently manage patient flow to keep the schedule running smoothly Feels comfortable mentoring and training team members Maintains a positive, upbeat attitude while helping keep the team accountable Is open to growth and committed to learning and implementing “The Ninja Way” This role has strong growth potential for someone who demonstrates leadership ability and consistency. Responsibilities Coordinate and support back-office clinical flow Ensure smooth patient transitions and efficient schedule execution Provide excellent chairside assistance Take diagnosable radiographs Accurately record treatment in Open Dental Seat patients and take vitals Assist doctor with procedures Train and support new and existing assistants Maintain compliance and clinical excellence standards Qualifications Licensed Registered Dental Assistant in the State of Texas Current CPR certification Bilingual (Spanish required) Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience Strong communication skills High level of accountability and reliability Location This position is based at our 220 E. Seminary Dr., Ste. 100 location in Fort Worth.
