Position Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with orthodontic assistant experience who is also excited to take on treatment coordinating responsibilities . This unique role combines administrative excellence with clinical knowledge, ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported from their very first call through their completed treatment. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in/out patients, and handling correspondence. Guide patients and families through treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits. Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients, ensuring understanding and comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and team members. Support patient education by using your orthodontic assistant background to answer clinical questions effectively. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where patient care always comes first. Qualifications: Previous orthodontic assisting and treatment coordinating experience required . Experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role in a healthcare/dental/orthodontic setting required . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain treatment and financial details with clarity and empathy. Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping patients. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dental/orthodontic software.
