Key Responsibilities Welcome, comfort, seat, and prepare patients for dental treatment Effectively communicate with patients and team members Sterilize and deliver instruments; assist chairside (suctioning, passing instruments, positioning) Select, mix, and place dental materials Take and develop radiographs Fabricate temporary restorations and polish appliances Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection control and HIPAA protocols Assist with equipment maintenance and supply inventory Maintain CPR certification and assist during emergencies Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment Requirements High school diploma Dental assisting certificate or degree Current CPR certification Basic computer skills & understanding of HIPAA Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work with patients ages 3 and up Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 2-column schedule with 1 doctor Benefits 401(k) after 1 year (4% match) Paid vacation (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years) 7 paid holidays (after 90 days) Dental benefits for you and immediate family (after 90 days) Monthly performance bonus To Apply: Please email your resume to careers@abrightersmiledentalcare.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
