Nokomis Family Dental is a family-owned practice in South Minneapolis, MN. We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help to ensure patients receive high-quality care. Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist dentists during procedures - Take dental radiographs - Make temporary crowns - Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies and basic knowledge of dental procedures. - Knowledge of Invisalign, implants Experience: - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Understanding of dental anatomy - Proficiency in Dentrix software with the ability to enter accurate treatment plans. - Experience in taking CBCT a plus Lucrative retirement plan, Health Insurance, Thorough training protocol, 11 Free CE provided annually, Annual team OSHA training, Team BLS training, Dental care/discount, yearly reviews.
