Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our small but growing privately owned office in Chicago's South Loop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene care and education to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each visit. We focus on efficiency and productivity while maintaining a laid-back management style. We are a 100% digital office and utilize Open Dental software. All of our equipment works well and is up to date. 100% digital, modern. All hygiene instruments were newly purchased in 2024 and 2025. Never low on supplies. Wireless diode laser. Wireless Trios intraoral scanner. Intraoral cameras. 1 hour prophys 1.5 hour quad SRPs Pay is negotiable PTO No weekends Pre-paid parking included No drama, Easy to work in environment with learning opportunities abundant Basic duties include: Review daily schedule Ensure medical history is up to date Obtain clinically acceptable radiographs as prescribed by the dentist Obtain intraoral photographs Complete periodontal charting accurately and efficiently using AI voice charting software (training provided) Provide thorough prophylaxis or gingivitis scalings Administer local anesthetics (if trained) Provide scaling and root planing procedures when indicated Education of periodontal disease and prevention Education of caries control and prevention Fluoride gel/varnish application Sealants application Perform whitening procedures Effectively communicate and promote the importance and urgency of treatment plans Additional duties as needed Join our team as a Dental Hygienist where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
