Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients and team members Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Apply aseptic techniques and infection control standards rigorously to ensure patient safety and uphold clinic hygiene Operate dental imaging equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Requirements Spanish speaking. Valid dental license to practice as an Associate General Dentist in the respective state or region Proven experience in general dentistry with familiarity in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix or similar platforms for scheduling, documentation, and medical records management Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Ability to perform root canal therapy, dental fabrication procedures, and manage complex cases confidently Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively Commitment to infection control practices and maintaining a sterile environment at all times Prior experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred Join us in delivering exceptional dental care while advancing your professional journey!
