We are seeking a full-time dental assistant, Monday â Thursday, 6:30 am â 3:30 pm (the office is open 7 am - 3 pm). Duties and Responsibilities Assist dentists during dental procedures, including preparation and post-procedure care. Provide patients with preoperative and postoperative care instructions. Take dental radiographs of patients' teeth when necessary. Manage dental supply inventory and perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a sterile environment. Partake in continuous professional development to improve skills and stay current with dental practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental assisting role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dental office setting. Empathy and the ability to comfort patients who may experience stress or anxiety during their visit.
