We are looking for an experienced front desk/receptionist for a busy dental office to start ASAP in Midlothian, Virginia! Job duties are as follows: Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Maintain the front desk and answer incoming phone calls Be able to work independently and have strong problem solving skills Background in dental insurance: benefit verification, processing claims/pre-treatments, ability to interpret EOBs to properly post payments to patient accounts. Securing financial arrangements to meet the needs of both patient and practice. Team player Attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment is needed.
