WHO THIS IS FOR This position is for an experienced RDA who: — Holds an active Texas RDA license — Holds a current Nitrous Oxide (N2O) monitoring certificate — Has 2–3+ years of solid, full-time chairside experience in a high-volume dental office — Is confident assisting with a fast-paced schedule and complex procedures — Wants to master robotic implants, lasers, and same-day crowns — not just take X-rays at a prophy mill — Is reliable, precise, and takes pride in their clinical work — Wants a career, not just a paycheck BIG PLUS (not required): — Experience in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, or prosthodontics.
