We are currently seeking a talented Orthodontics Assistant to join our team and help create a positive experience for our patients. Job Description: As an Orthodontics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Orthodontist to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: · Assisting the Orthodontist during procedures and adjustments. · Preparing treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments. · Taking patient records, including X-rays, impressions, and photographs. · Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and care of orthodontic appliances. · Maintaining accurate patient records and charts. · Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries. · Collaborating with the administrative team for scheduling and appointment coordination. · Participating in continuous learning and staying updated on orthodontic techniques and best practices. Qualifications: · Orthodontic assisting experience is preferred. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. · Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures. · CPR certification is desirable. · Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
