Job description: Our private practice is in need of an experienced dental receptionist to work closely with patients and the dental team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and efficient with their time. Experience is preferred in all areas of dental insurance and verification. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with our patients and their team, answer the phones professionally and works well in a team centered environment. Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with other team members. Manage patient anxiety and concerns. Establish rapport with patients and their families. Organize the patient's dental information. See that the patient's dental needs are met. Demonstrate ability to independently make critical decisions affecting patients.
