Office Hours: Monday- Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4, Closed Friday-Sunday Responsibilities: Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification X-Ray certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
