Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA) – 4 Day Work Week Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | Pediatric + Orthodontics We are a busy Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic specialty practice looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who loves working with kids and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM ✨ Three-day weekends every week Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. $21-$27/hour Responsibilities Assist in pediatric procedures Perform routine prophy cleanings Take digital x-rays Assist with emergency and limited exams Educate patients and parents on oral health Maintain clinical efficiency and organization Qualifications Current Washington State RDA License (Required) Completion of accredited Dental Assisting Program 1+ year Dental Assistant experience preferred (pediatric is a bonus!)
