What You’ll Do As our Dental Assistant , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinical excellence. Responsibilities include: Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans Ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Providing patient education and post-operative instructions Maintaining accurate clinical notes and documentation Supporting smooth clinical flow and teamwork throughout the day What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience for 1+ years Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and clinical procedures X-ray certification and experience with digital scans Strong communication and patient-care skills Positive, energetic, and coachable attitude Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven A team player with empathy, integrity, and loyalty Our Core Values Be motivated , goal-oriented , and caring Deliver exceptional patient care & customer service Believe in humor as the cornerstone of every day — life’s too short not to laugh!
