Dental Assistant RDA/RDAEEF position available in Santa Clarita, CA

Extremely busy dental practice located in Santa Clarita is looking for an experienced, well organized, and motivated dental assistant with an RDA or RDAEF-2 license. Dental Experience Required

Responsibilities:

Oversee sterilization protocol and OSHA compliance
Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
Greet and prepare patients for their needed treatment
Assist with educating patients with appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Record patient medical and dental histories
Make preliminary impressions and fabricate customer impression trays
Pour, trim, and polish study casts and models
Assist with ordering of dental supplies
Maintain excellent customer service to our patients
Other duties will be assigned as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a dental assistant
Current state RDA/RDAEF license and certification required
Current CPR certification
Strong customer service and communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
